MLB trouble

Anyone else having trouble getting the mets reds game?
I am getting every other game except this one. It is listed on 3 channels but shows up on none. Been on hold at D* for 20 min while they look into it.

Go it. Was told that because of where I live that they need to get an approval code for the channel.

I'm getting Braves-Phillies on RSN South in HD on 94! And I don't even have the baseball package!!! No, seriously.
