IR vs RF mode on H20-100 receiver

Should I be able to use both an IR and RF remote with my H20-100 receiver? Up until today, I was able to use both, but now it's one or the other. Could the recent software update have changed this behavior? I'm using the RC32 and RC32RF remotes.

The current software will only allow RF or IR, not both.
