Default Can I get OTA w/ Directv Plus HD DVR?

I just got 2 new Directv Plus HD DVR to replace teh TiVO boxes (at no cost, I might add). The technician who installed told me that it is impossible to receive Off-Air Antenna signals with these new boxes, and that I would have to give up, for example, KCET-HD on channel 28-1 (LA), etc. This made no sense, so I called Directv and after heavy research, they told this was a problem when the boxes first came out, but it has now been fixed.

However, when I hook up my new box just like the old box, I get no Off-Air signals.

Anybody else enounter this? How do I fix the problem and get back Channels 2-1, 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, etc.? I love those channels!

When I first hooked up my HR20-700 I had to let the receiver download the latest software and then hook up the OTA, go back into the menu and let the receiver configure the OTA. After that I started receiving the same stations I picked up with my Sony200 with the exception I lost one channel about 100 miles away.

Have you gone thru the OTA antenna set up guide yet ?
D* was correct, for awhile they were not available, but the option for the OTA tuners have been on since Dec.
Go thru the set up again and they should pop in, maybe not all at the same time,if they are not all there, make sure they are in the guide and generally it takes 24 hours for the entire guide to build properly, so if you don't have a perticular item inthe guide, give it time and it will show up.
