How can anyone watch standard def?

current software version
Hello to all.
I just purchased my an HR20 at the local CC. It was in the process of downloading the new software on its own. What is the current version or what version should I have that have been nationally rolled out? I still have to activate it but I want to make sure I have the most current version to try and minimize the amount of bugs on this. I beleive there was a thread but I can't see to find this. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it. Thx, |

Ox10b is the current software version. There have been limited distribution of two beta versions, but they are no longer available.

To get the update: During one of the two above stated windows; you may be able to get the release candidate by the 02468 method. - Restart your system via either the Red-Button or Reset from the Menu (NOT RESET EVERYTHING) - When the first blue screen appears, and the light wheel starts to rotate... enter 0 2 4 6 8 (In that sequence) on your remote (do not press enter or select) - You will then see a 2nd blue screen with a message... - Then if it worked, you will see NEW SOFTWARE screen and it should state the version number you are downloading - If it goes directly to Step 1 of 2... the reset didn't take.. try again |
