Exclamation Beware of Dish TV

I recently switched from Direct TV one month ago. Big mistake.

Their service is CRAP, their equipment is unreliable (i.e. CRAP – two faulty HD DVR’s in two weeks), their phone system is CRAP, and there is no satisfaction guarantee at all!

I could terminate contract - at a penalty of over $300!!

I'm stuck with Dish TV for 23 more months.

DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

Now you cannot say most would say the opposite without polling every single customer of both providers. You ike your Dish Service and I like my DirecTV service. I know people that have DirecTV and are not happy but I also know people that have Dish and are not happy.

I know you do. You have made that very clear in your posts on here. But you & I don't make up a majority so saying "most" doesn't really work.

Thumbs up Dish and Direct

I switched to Dish about 2 years ago because I wanted VOOM. Well, so much for THAT ! However I have stayed with Dish because I prefer their DVR and I love the HD channels that still remain.....Also, Dish has my HD locals, where Direct does not. Otherwise, I see no real difference between the two. And I have had ZERO problems with the equipment ( but then, I also had zero problems with Direct's equipment ). As for Loves2Watch - I have always respected him and his opinions and would take his advice over many others on this site ( no, I'm not his brother-in-law ).
