Yanks in HD tonight

DTV is showing the Yankee-Red Sox game on channel 96.
It would not alllow me to Tivo, as it is showing as a pay per view.
It was listed on channel 95 last night, and now they are showing a hockey match on that channel.

I can't see the hockey match on channel 95. says no channel available.

This blows my mind. Where did this ch 96 come from. I dont think they have ever used that one for any events. This is the kind of stuff that I want to see more of . I just wish Directv would let us know exactly when they are going to air something like a Yankees or Red Sox game in HD. They need to let their customers know more of whats coming up in HD rather than leave us in a fog. Dont get me wrong , I am thrilled to get the game in HD but I would not have known unless it was by reading this forum !
