Install Question

Back when I used to work at DTV I had a sheet of paper that had some "strange" install products on it. One was a window mount for a dish, and one was a gadget that sent signal from one side of the glass to the other with no holes so that people in apartments and rv's didn't have to drill holes and such. Does anybody know where to find one of these?
