Tried to upgrade

Tried to upgrade to 34 and was told $399 then when i complained she said $299...to me not woth it !

I used to turn off my receivers in my summer home but now they won't do it..they want you to mail the boxs back so now i have to leave the boxs on $$$$$$

Upgrade's are based on your Account activity (recent and/or past) so offer's can depend on that info. You may wish to call again , each CSR will give a different response so call a few days apart will sometimes will get you what you want.

For your Summer home you can Suspend your account for 6 months (each year) if your Summer Home is on a separate Account.

What kind of price are you looking for? That is a very expensive receiver. They certainly aren't going to give them away. If you are leaving DTV just because all they offered you is $100 off, then good luck to you.

They do just what DC says, even to me , who's been with from day 1
My account number is really small. anyway, wait a bit and call back. And keep doing it until you get the right csr.
