Default Connecting second TV to high def DirecTV receiver

What is the best way to connect a second TV to a high def DirecTV Receiver? I currently have it connected with a system running Cat5 cables around the house, but the kid mowing the lawn managed to cut one. The outside cable run is almost 150' although the TV is really only about 40' away in the interior of the house. I thought that before I buy new outdoor rated Cat5 cables, I might see if there is a better technology now.
Thanks for your help.
