Panasonic CT-30Wc15
Hi, I have a panasonic CT-30WC15 tv.... when I attempt to turn it on, the red power lights comes on and then starts blinking and the tv does not power up and the only way to get the blinking power light off is to unplug it.... Help! Lexy
