Samsung TX-P3075WH Problem

I've had this TV for about 5 years and last week it began to have issues with the brightness I think, the picture brightness fluctuates and colors distort somewhat. Tonight I am having trouble with the OTA tuner and the cable tuner, the OTA wouldn't tune some channels I have always gotten and then when I switched back over to cable I got a funky green colored screen and it too a minute or two to get a picture from cable. Does the same thing watching a DVD....

Any advice on this? Can it be repaired for under 100.00? If nots its going to the curb.
