Default My picture bends on my HDTV

I've had my 30" HDTV for about a year now, and I've only recently noticed this certain problem.

I recently discovered how to access the "system menu", which allowed me to de-zoom he picture and adjust it. But now I see that certain colors make the screen bend a little inwards or outwards.

More specifically, the dark colors make it bend inward, while the lighter colors make it bend outward.

Anyone know what causes this? Or how I can fix it? Thanks in advance.

EDIT: I have a phillips 30PW8420/37 model

Im not sure what the problem is. HDTV's should not have any bends in the picture. Perhaps the set needs calibrating, or it may be a faulty set?

It's usually a sign of a weak power supply.

If it has always done this, it's probably just under-designed to save money. If it started recently, it could be a sign that your power supply is on the way out.

Try reducing brightness, contrast and color intensity.

Turn down the contrast before you damage the set!
