Sharp 32F540 Need Help

Hi.
New guy here so I hope this is in the right section...

Anyway Sharp 32F540 Was working fine.

Did a search and found nothing that could help me ( Although I now know I am not the only one whose tv like to change its own channels)

Power kept on going out at the house for a second or two, about 3-4 times.
Each time after power came back on, Turned tv and dvd back on to finish movie. After the 4th time decide against finishing the movie and watch cable. Then shut tv off.

Now it won't turn back on.
It clicks when you push the on button, like it normally did.
After a couple seconds it clicks again, nothing ever shows up on the screen.

Unplugged tv for a few minutes, plug back in, try turning power on and same thing happens

kinda like my tv and would like to keep it/fix it
on the same token not much spare money to send it out.
plus the thing weighs near 150 lbs, sucks to move it .

Would someone be so kind to help me out..
