TrueHD and DTS-HD Codecs

Hi there,

I have here a HTPC connected to a Onkyo 606. I can't play TrueHD and DTS-HD audio.. Is there any codec (for MPC-HC or KMP) that can be used to play HD audio? DolbyDigital and DTS works fine.

you need an hdmi connection between your pc and receiver

but yes, i believe windvd will send bitstream codecs to your receiver.

I already have a HDMI connection between PC and Receiver, and already tried WINDVD9 Plus... No success..

Any other idea?

sorry, no.

haven't done it myself. still using the spdif compatible codecs for now.

AFAIK, right now there isn't any codec that will output any HD audio.
