video through hdtv card to 32" lcd =NO

I have a ati all in wonder pro 9800
also have dvico fusion hdtv
19" viewsonic a90f
32" lcd hdtv 16:9 proview rx-326
#1-If i clone i can't adjust the resolution on my lcd to show on the whole tv.
#2-If I expand desktop then I can get a few different resolutions. But none seem fully correct. Tried using Ultramon,and ati's software. On ati's its a pain to tell if I have the most up to date, and harder to get it to update.
#3-Here is what works on my lcd (games, windows media player, quicktime, webcams through different programs) What doesn't work all other video players, ati's tv viewer, dvico's hdtv viewer)

On number 2 will try powerstrip again, seems like it didnt solve it either, on the clone problem, or the extended not being just right.

Another optionn is to return the proview to get a vizio L37hdtv. Which does have a built in hdtv tuner, so can at least watch the live shows. Won't solve the pc to lcd I don't think
