The front and side look like a Honda Civic. The rear looks like an Acura TSX........

They want to be competitive with the Hyundai Genesis coupe, which has done quite well. Actually, it resembles the older Acura RSX quite a bit.

I think it is a nice looking kar. what are the Performance and fuel ekonomy stats? I think the name is stupid: "koup" (K is for Korea . . .) I don't think the spelling is klever at all.

The acronym, KIA, is worse than that...and something I always found offensive about the name.

This Kia is not in the same class as the Genesis Coupe. The Genesis is over 300 HP and RWD. I'd compare this Koup to a Civic and the Genesis to an Acura TL.

Hyundai Kia is the 4th largest auto manufacturer in the world now. Second largest industrial company in South Korea behind Samsung.

I had no idea what the Kia specs are of the K..not enough interest to research it myself. I agree, it would be closer to a Civic in overall design (FWD, etc.).

The Genesis coupe kind a fits between the new Altima coupe (275 hp) and the more powerful Nissan 370Z/Infiniti G37 coupes (332hp).

The Honda Insight now looks like a Toyota Prius.

Way to be original Honda.

Do they think people will see a Prius on the road, drive into a Honda dealership, see an Insight and say - There it is !! That's the car I just saw on the way over here !! I'll take one !!

Honda also copied the Toyota Venza with a smaller x-over type vehicle. But the styling of the Honda Crosstour looks really bad in comparison.

The Toyota Venza is pretty ugly. Kinda weird another car company would copy it.

Obviously they did not copy it in terms of styling, since it looks even worse IMO. Of course, the Honda might be more to your taste. I think function is a priority over beauty in both cases.
