Samsung Flat Panel Plasma and Star Choice DSR 505 "Not HDCP Compliant" message

Hi,

I bought my Samsung tv last August. A few months later I had a blue line down the left side. I finally got it fixed this February by the guys replacing the screen itself. Like what displays the image. Now the picture looks TERRIBLE and the Receiver says Not HDCP Compliant. I asked the technicians about this and they said it wasn`t their problem, that it was star choice receiver. I called Star Choice and they had NO idea. Any help would be greatly appreciate.
