Default 0 on the HDPVR Display??? Shaw

I feel like a big idiot right now so bear with me if this is a dumb question.

I just got a HDPVR, and plugged it in and hooked everything up. I had a regular HD hookup before. There is a 0 on the PVR display like its not connecting to the cable or anything, I'm sure I have everythign plugged in right.

Is there something I'm missing??
