Bell Expressvu 82 not there

Just Installed A Bell ExpressVu system using 6120 receiver
when I do a switch test only 91 shows up in the test and says only one sat connected I have a 93 % signal on 91 Transponder11.
I have replaced the LNB for the 82 HD and SW21 switch and reset the receiver but still doesn;t show up I have done more switch tests than I can describe
I also tried unplugging and powering up the receiver still won't show in the switch test thinking it may be the receiver itself anybody have any ideas?

are u sure the other LNB is even pointed at 82? If you're not getting any signal, you might not even be pointing at the right bird. Try hitting the 91 sat again but use the other LNB instead. At least that way you can confirm whether it is truly defective or not. If you can lock the 91 with the other LNB, then try hooking up the other one at that point and see if 82 doesn't show up now.
