Default New HDTV Haven't got a clue for best setup!

Recently purchased Panasonic 42PX75U, Currently BEV customer with 4100 receiver and using Toshiba vcr/dvd (SD-394SC).My limited knowledge is that the recommended connection to use is HDMI however both Sat and dvd/vcr are only S-video capable. Would greatly appreciate any info/help towards making the most of my setup. I fully expect to have to do some upgrading.

To view Hi-def television content you'll need the following:
1) BEV 6100 receiver, a Subscription to HD content and a DVI-HDMI cable
or
2) BEV 9200 receiver, a Subscription to HD content and a HDMI cable
or
3) If your HDTV has a built in ATSC tuner; then you can get free over-the-air (OTA) HD signals with the appropriate antenna

To view Hi-def Movies you'll need the following:
1) HD DVD player, HD DVD movies and a HDMI cable
or
2) Blu-Ray player, Blu-Ray movies and a HDMI cable

To play Hi-def games you'll need the following:
1) Xbox 360 Premium
or
2) Xbox 360 Elite
or
3) PS3 and a HDMI cable

Note that the PS3 is also a Blu-Ray player. Also note that you can also get a HD DVD add-on for the Xbox 360.
