Default Rogers Digital Cable

This isn't really a HD question, but I'm hoping someone can answer it for me. I have Rogers Digital Cable and I'm looking to buy a TV tuner card that can capture digital signal. What type of digital standard does Rogers Cable use? Is it ATSC? DVB? Can someone recommend good PCI (digital) capture cards that would work for this?

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, I guess I wasn't very clear. I'm looking for a PC TV tuner card that can capture from Rogers Digital Cable TV (just regular digital cable, not HD) without degrading the quality. There are a lot of cards for analog cable, but I have a hard time finding one for digital, especially since I don't know if I need an ATSC card or something else.

Cable card are not accepted by cable providers in Canada. And one of the reasons is that the present Cable cards are for one way communication which disables VOD and PPV.

Therefore, an ATSC card without Cable Card will be useless (unless you connect an antenna for OTA). You need a STB from Rogers (SD or HD) to get the digital signal. Then read Forums discussing Computer use for DTV and HTCP.
