Need help selecting HD receiver/provider...

I am just finishing off my dedicated home theater room in the basement. I have a 110" screen with a new 1080x1920 Hi-def projector capable of displaying in 1080p for true HD through HDMI inputs.

I am looking for a cable/satellite source since the projector obviously does not have a built-in TV tuner. Any recommendations on which receiver to go with and which provider in Alberta? Do the new receivers come with HDMI outputs?

Forgot to mention that I have 3 other TV's in the house for a total of 4. (Two Hi-def and two regular.) I guess with Shaw, I will not need a receiver for each TV??
