Thumbs down Expressvu Visit

Hello all, recently i have had an address change, after informing Bell Express Vu of my new address weeks in advance they finally showed up. which was about 2 weeks ago. To make a long story short , yesterday a So called Bell Express Vu Employee came to my house unannounced & asked to look at I believe the installation. I , myself was not home , except for my 2 elderly Inlaws who were at home let this person into my house . once in he then proceeded to look around my house, then left as quickly as he came in. Earlier this morning I called Bell express Vu & asked if they had sent someone to my house & if so why, at first the person at the company said that he was not aware of anyone scheduled & proceeded to put me on hold. When he returned a few minutes later he said that this was common practice for someone to come to your home & to confirm that what you have installed was infact there, as people take there extra receivers & sell them. I have been a customer for approximately 2 years & this is a first. I told the person on the phone that I was very upset with someone going through my house unannounced with the only people in the home were 2 elderly handicapped people. I then asked the person on the other end if I could speak to the manager, of course not available, but he would call within 24 hours. Can anyone tell me that this is common practice or will i expect more of the same disrespect as a customer.. Thank You ,

We have never had this happen to us we own receivers and also rent recievers from Bell and they have never sent anyone around other than for the initial install. I would call again and ask to speak to a supervisor don't even explain teh issue to the CSR that answers just ask for a supervisor.

I never saw anyone come around the house eather better check and see if all your belonging are still there.
