Default Help! My 9200 is driving me nuts.. (error 318)

I am having an annoying problem (hope it's not a 'feature') with the program guide on my bev 9200. I haven't seen any posts regarding this in this forum, so I am assuming it might be just my 9200 with this issue.

Every evening, usually right in the middle of watching something, I get a popup 'error 318' box telling me that I need to update my outdated program guide listings - and given the option to choose yes, cancel, or no. Regardless of what I choose, this box may appear 3-4 times a night. Very annoying. Of course, the fact that the message is an Error message, tells me it should not be happening.

Some info:
- I have the 'Activation setting in Updates to 'Enable' updates to happen at 4:30am.
- I have also disabled this option to see if that fixed the problem, but the same thing happens.
- several times I have force-downloaded the guide once I got home from work, only to have the error 318 box pop up 10 minutes later.. groan..
- I received the 9200 for xmas, and could only get the 91 sat up no matter what I tried. A bev installer came out a week later and could not get the 82 sat either. He came back 3 days later with a new switch, and got both sats immediately. The error 318 has been appearing since I have first started using this receiver.

I wanted to get an opinion from here before I called Bell, and have them say it's a 'feature' or 'here's an rma#'

Anyone have any ideas for me? Anyone else experience this?

Any help would be appreciated.

Had this problem once and then picture froze. I turned off receiver, removed the cables, waited a minute or two, hooked them back up and hasn't yet reoccurred. I have lots of other problems tho' that I won't list now.
