Default Power cable question

I don't want to use an extension cord with my power cable. Any sources for a 15' or so direct power cable from the TV to the electrical outlet?
Thanks

I don't think I've ever seen a TV that used a computer type ac power cord.

Why be so rude?

Guys, just ignore scootski.. he's little more than an antagonist.

As for the question about power cables:

Monoprice.com makes this nice device: LINK

You can add whatever length of 14/2 romex between the 2 boxes....

Indeed, upon further research . . . a few do . . . most don't.

if you get an extension cord made with 12 ga. wiring you can consider it a true extension of your in-wall wiring (which is usually 12 ga. romex). While you don't really need 12 gauge wire for this, at least it is "no less" than your house wiring.
