Default How do I tie comcast sd to my new Dish TV?

I just switched from Comcast to Dish because where I live, comcast does not offer any HD stations. I kept Comcast internet and very basic cable.

Is there a way to tie the cable with Dish? (so I can get local comcast stations) Yes I do have Dish local programming, but the feed is out of Baltimore, and not Philly.

Thanks,
Bill
