If you're only going to be doing a few connectors, spend your money on the twist on type;
something like these: http://www.summitsource.com/philips-...28-p-8797.html

I have found them to come off the ends of the cable or work their way loose. Just my experience...

You may consider the Ripley Universal Compression Tool. It is a moderately priced tool that will last a lifetime and works with numerous styles of RG6 Compression Connectors, such as Digicon and Gilbert. Hope this helps...

I think I will try twist on-it will only require about 4 connectors in my attic-I dont want to spend $50 if I dont have to.
