Default HBO in HD is Back!

I just noticed yesterday that HBO in HD is back on On Demand. What happened? Did HBO change their minds? After over a year without HBO in HD, this is a welcome surprise.

What cable provider? AFAIK Cox has had HD OnDemand all along.

Comcast in the Pittsburgh area. HBO HD disappeared from On Demand over a year ago. Starz, Cinemax, and all the others were still available in HD, just not HBO.

I had heard HBO did not want people to copy the HD on demand. Glad to see that every movie and TV show is there.

I think I was wrong about Cox having HBO HD OnDemand. Apparently it was pulled awhile back also. Sorry about that...

Just yesterday I saw a commercial for HBO in HD on On Demand. They make it sound like HBO is pioneering HD programming on On Demand, when actually they are the last to offer it. I guess you can say anything in commercials
