Default Time Warner HD boxes

I'll be picking up my new HD DVR tomorrow from Time Warner here in Kansas City (actually Overland Park but close enough). It seems I will have my choice between a scientific Atlanta or Motorola. Anyone have an opinion on which I should go for? Don't know the model numbers any any specifics beyond scientific Atlanta or Motorola.

I find it odd that they are giving you a choice. I think the SA work better for reliability but the Motorola are generally faster(Ironic, Moto phones are know for having slow menus )

Ask them at the office what the pros/cons are...

Turned out I didn't have a choice. I ended up with a SA 8300. A bit disappointed in the hard drive as I was told by Time Warner that it would have a 160 gig hard drive but instead has a 120 gig. I can add that to the list of things their people have told me that was wrong. All told about 50% of the information I've gotten from them in the end has turned out to be incorrect.
