Comcast Portland OR has WiFi available City wide

Has anyone tried the new WiFi available in Portland, OR that Comcast-Clearwire started yesterday? It's a 4G WiFi service. It claims the speed is up to 4mb. You buy an air-card from Comcast and pay a spendy $72.95 a month to gain access.

$70+ a month? Sprint charges $50 for thier data plan, may not be 4mb but to access email and web you dont need 4MB.
