samsung sm 2110

hi guys im not sure if im on the rite site but here goes, i have the above box but dont have a paird card whitch means i carnt get the box key number nor the ird to put to another card,im told that someware their is software that links the pc via the earthnet its called sa ect , the only other way is a unlooper whitch is very expensive. any help wil be greatly apretiated.

I think that box is a satelitte receiver. Direct tv. Use the receiver ID number on the back.
