Problem with TWC Fox 705 HD in NYC - Audio Dropouts

I just called Time Warner to tell them about the fact that the audio drops out intermittantly on FOX HD (705). The CS agent told me that several people have already complained about this and they are aware of the problem.

That's a lot better than what I expected. Usually they ask you to reboot. So hopefully, we will get this fixed soon. I wonder how widespread the problem is....

same problem here in Manhattan, we just assume Paula and Simon and Randy and the contestants are constantly cursing.

I DVR'd the channel and no audio dropouts. Has anyone else had this happen?

It's funny...TWC actually called me about this issue and the woman who does the "Time Warner Cable...the Place to Be" was the speaker on the phone....good customer service (which is an exception for TWC)
