Is anyone else frustrated with (in my opinion) the unsatisfactory and low tech channel guide and menu system offered on TWC? To use a computer analogy, they look like DOS in a Windows world. Also, on the channel guide, due to the annoying ad at the bottom of every page, I can only see four channels at a time. While I don't expect TIVO quality graphics (wouldn't that be nice) does anyone know of plans to upgrade TWC's menus? I think they are provided to TWC by TV Guide.

Comcast just outside Seattle put ads on the bottom of the screen. For quite a long time we were lucky. They were there, for about 2 years they were gone, now they are back again. The TV Guide is klunky, often inaccurate. Mostly, I do not miss DirecTV. Thier TV Guide typically said letter box, or stereo surround, or Dolby Digital 5.1. Comcast does not always say HD even. Know that you are not the only one, TWC is not the only company with a lousy TV Guide. I bet it is true of all cable companies. There is only so many models of cable boxes that all the companies use.

The Moxi DVR cable box is great, the best menu I have seen. TWC has some Moxi boxes but they normally do not like to use them because they are much more complicated to setup.
