Why is my picture so grainy/pixelated?

OK So just bought a Samsung 4661f, which I love this tv so much! I finally got Charter to hook my hd box (Motorola dch3200) And My while some of my hd channels look great, most of them have some like grainy effect to them! I have tried both an HDMI and component cable and there is no difference.... I was just wondering if I am doing something wrong or if you all know of any suggestions?

It's a Charter problem. Call them and make them fix it.

you know what.. i just bought a new Samsung ln52a630 from Frys and hooked it up for the playoffs on Sunday.. HD thru Timewarner and it looked like absolute garbarge... same thing you were saying.. grainy and even blotchy/blocky when there was a lot of zooming and quick movements.. some of the other HD channels look pretty good, but the game (which i was excited to watch) looked like crap..

any progress with your problem.. im wondering what to do and not sure what calling the cable co is going to solve... thanks
