Does Comcast do ANY refurb on old boxes?
I was wondering, is there any refurb or testing process done on these cable boxes that we return to Comcast? I took a box back a couple of weeks ago thinking it was the problem and it turned out to be a splitter issue, the "new" box I got is so bad, it doesn't DVR AT ALL, and it freezes up all the time! Now I have to run back to Comcast to get another box. I swear there is no testing or upgrading or bench testing being done.
Comcast guys and tech out there who are reading this forum: is there any refurb process????? Also, if anyone in Lancaster, PA can email me when the Duke Street office has some damn HD boxes, that would be great. Spent an hour driving down there to see a sign "no hd boxes available". ARGH. |
