Default Comcast QAM channels in Philly suburb

I don't know if the information I'm looking for is available anywhere, so I figured I'd start here. First off, I'm not a Comcast customer - I have fios -- this is really for some relatives.

These relatives are looking to get an HDTV, but have no understanding of the technology at all. As a result, they are relying on me to get the tv for them, and to help them set it up. They currently get Comcast - standard cable only (no digital, just their analog channels). I found a tv for them. It has a QAM tuner. My thinking with this is that they would just get their locals in HD via the QAM tuner.

I'd never tried programming QAM before, so to see what how hard it would be (didn't think it would be all too difficult), I gave it a go tonight on my tv. I did an autoscan, and noticed something interesting. It picked up a couple hundred stations! I quickly realized that most of those stations had nothing on them. When I tuned them in, my tv just said that no signal could be found. I finally found the location of the local digital channels, but it took a while, and I was able to remove the non-channels from the list, but it took a long time to do. I'd like to avoid that when I go to set up their TV (and since their TV will be the same make as mine - Panasonic - I know what I'm in store for).

Anyway, anyone know if there's a listing out there of the local digitial QAM channels for the Philly area on Comcast? Specifically, I'm looking for the Newtown Square area.
