This is a cool site. Just what I've been looking for. Thanks for posting this info.

On thing I don't get about this list. For example channel 68 is the Home Decorating channel on our system and my wife's favorite channel. I wish Comcast would just dump this channel as it costs me a lot of money doing some of the ideas she sees on this channel.

Regardless, this channel doesn't show up when I click on your channel link. Does this mean that this channel is analog? I'm wondering if I'm going to have to get a box so that my wife can see her favorite channel after February. Her TV is hooked up directly to the coax cable and all the shows she gets are from a scan with the built-in QMA tuner.

I mean, channels like ESPN HD, USA HD, NatGeoHD, etc - local broadcast channels are required to be unencrypted by the FCC anyway, I want to know if the HD versions of the other channels on extended basic are available.

Thanks!
Not in the Seattle Comcast area.

The Feb thing has nothing to do with cable broadcast. Only TV signals transmitted THROUGH THE AIR will be affected.

Is there a listing for CATV channels I can get with my HDTV's QAM tuner for Comcast - Houston? When my LG scans, it picks up hundreds of blank channels.

Rescan again and see if your tuner gives you the option to delete junk channels. me older 32" lcd picks up the junk channels and me has to delete them manually. Me new plasma also picks them up but does an automatic rescan and dumps them if the signal is junk, radio, etc.
