Fox HD not widescreen tonight - Comcast
Both House and 24 were not in Widescreen format tonight, I have to use the Zoom aspect on my Panny Plasma as I don't like the stretched looked. Anyone else notice this and if so anyone know what happened? The local news (channel 2 SF-Oakland) came on after 24 and, of course, it was in HD normal widescreen.

i thought my daughter had messed with my tv remote. I can confirm in bay area, cali same thing. Not widescreen on 24.

Comcast just passes the OTA feed. They don't have anything to do with the broadcast.
If you see a problem on ABC, CBS, FOX, or NBC, you should call the affiliate and ask for the engineering department. |

ya it was the local affiliate (ktvu) for me. avs forums people reporting same issue.

It's a local probelm
Both House and 24 were shown in full HD (widescreen and DD5.1) by our local FOX station, WFFF-DT in Burlington, VT.
