Any Suggestions, (the cable box works fine with the wires provided by the cable company)
Thanks

Have you tried rebooting the box?
On box, hold down Vol+, Vol– and Info buttons.

The Explorer 4250HD has an HDMI port.. and it really work well.. I have it for more than a year and no issues with it... you need to go to the cablevision center and ask for one.. normally they give up the regular one without the HDMI input
