Should I Or Should'nt I ? Cable Card Or Not?

I have Dish network's HD...but am buying a tv soon that has a built in HD tuner..and Adelphia Cable has HD channels that Dish does NOT.So what i want to do once I buy my new HDTV is have Dish and Adelphia.I'm considering using a cable card with the Adelphia HD...but the more I see on this forums about cable cards I get Very nervous.Have any of you had any goood or great experiences using this HD cable card system?
The tv I plan to buy is the 60 inch LCD HDTV rear projectrion set SONY KDF-60XS955...am waiting and WAITING for the price to go down at circuitcity.com or bestbuy.com....so far the prices are staying up.This tv has sold for as low as $2,900.It is currently at $3,800-$4,099...plus you add sales tax..$258 in California..plus add the protection service plans..CC is $599 fora 4 year plan and $399 for Best Buys's 4 year plan.
