Default Free HD Movies On Comcast?

For some odd reason every other Hd Movie works fine for me except the free ones! I ordered War of the worlds and The Island. Both came out great. The free ones which are "Jerry Meguire" and "The Fifth Element" dont want to play! I havnt called comcast yet. I wanted to see if anybody else has this problem. Plus, i have a feeling there just gona give me the run around seeing that everything else works. Im geussing cause there free that they get the least amount of bandwith to play?

I didn't know comcast had free HD movies on-demand, assuming that is what you are talking about... I will have to check that.

I've had major audio problems when playing Close Encounters and Jerry Maguire. I did talk to Comcast and all they did was they wanted to swap boxes, but that didn't help much. I haven't heard anyone else describing the same problems, which is odd because I've had it with three seperate boxes.

Comcast has tons of free non-HD on demand movies and other content. The problem is that the picture quality is pretty poor.

You misunderstood what I wrote. There are tons of free non-HD content via OnDemand. But I saw only one free HD movie on OnDemand, the 5th Element.

I live in Philadelphia and have Comcast....you have to go into the HDTV movies section on demand.....I found 5th Element,Jerry Maguire and Close Encounters for free....the others like The Island,War of the Worlds and a couple others were all pay....think they are 4.99,which aint to bad,the picture isnt all that great but MUCH better than standard.
