I have the same box and tried to go thru my Pioneer Elite HDMI receiver (VSX-74TXVi) and it didn't work. It told me that my TV (Mitsubishi WD-73827) was not HDCP compliant even though it is. The receiver is also. I don't know what to tell you. I had to use component to the receiver and HDMI to the TV. Hooking up the HDMI direct to the TV and optical audio to the receiver changed the cables boxes output to pcm stereo.....that's no good!
