How can anyone watch standard def?

Brighthouse from Dish
Well I switched from Dish to Bright House this week. I am happy with the install. To me the HD picture is better then it was with Dish.
Also it rained last night and no signal loss like I always had with Dish for the past 2 years. I did the combo TV/Phone/Internet and I am saving about $60 a month and no contract.
