Question on New Comcast Remote

I just got a new Comcast remote. It is metallic brown. I am having trouble setting up 30 second skip, and a shifted mute for the box. Anyone know where to look for answers? I think it is a pretty new remote. I can not find anything on the internet. Thanks in advance.

Here's what your going to want to do for this new remote for 30-sec skip:

1) Select AUX
2) Hold SETUP 2 flashes
3) type 01376 2 flashes

1) Select AUX
2) Hold SETUP, 2 flashes
3) Type 994, 2 flashes
4) Tap SETUP
4) Enter the EFC 00173
5) Tap CABLE
6) Tap the button to be programmed, 2 flashes

Worked like a charm for me on the new bronze metallic remote

As much as I'd like to take credit for figuring that out...I didn't. I picked it up on the dslreports comcast cable tv forum. Glad to hear it worked for you.
