There is already a thread with "Videoscan" in the title and a discussion has been going on in the HD DVD section of this site. Check it out.

Default Hey I can see why for now...

I own both, and enjoy both formats, but HD was killing BRD for the longest time, and BRD finally got the PS3 out and some good titles and transfers. Also HD's is not releasing as much over the next few months as BRD. So let's wait and see how things shake out in the next 6 months. I own both, think both are great, but when titles are released in both I always go HD, I can't put my finger on it, but the HD titles just look and sound better.

I think you see what I see Frank and that is a smoother picture with motion. That is one thing I did notice and my son noticed "something" but couldn't put his finger on it until I mentioned the smoother motion.
