Do you guys open your presents in the same room that has the big TV? If not, have the map Gideon mentioned lead him into that room, with the PS3 already hooked up and Resistance playing.

Then tell him it's for his sister.

No we open the presents in the family room and the HT is in the living room. I just bought another HDMI cable so I can have the cable plugged into the new Denon HDMI receiver and be ready to rumble with the PS3.

I am starting to think I should have gotten a 360 for him, because if the PS3 fails (or none of his friends own one for online head to head action) he will not be able to fully enjoy it. I knew it was strange that I could get one so easily with just over a week before Christmas. I am just never THAT lucky.

Now I sound like Jack.

Here is one that did not have a reserve and would cost $910.00 because it comes with an extra controller ($50.00 & 6 games 6 @ $60.00ea=$360.00) that only went for $800.00. Wow! I cannot believe the seller didn't have a reserve on this. He took a $110.00 loss.

Maybe I can get a better deal bidding at Ebay and return mine.

Sony has already reached its 500,000 mark for U.S thats why some ppl are saying that they don't have Talladega Nights. The 500,000 does not include japan because japan don't get the movie bundled. What would make ppl even think the ppl in Japan would watch or want a movie like Talladega Night. Check this site out www.VGcharts.org

I just bought my PS3 TWO DAYS AGO on Friday which is the day they came in to the store I believe, and I have the movie in my PS3 box.

Get off the damn fence!

If he has a lot of friends that have 360, that should definitely be a consideration. Online play has become a huge part of gaming nowadays and if his friends are all playing a certain game online, he's going to want to join in. Just something to think about.

How so? How does having a forum, with geeks like us posting, affect the credibility of their numbers? They're not revealing their sources - they could be making their numbers up completely for all we know.
