But not every tv does and do you have to run an ethernet cord to your tv?- if you have a wifi blu-ray player then you don't need to.

im pretty sure i have to buy a wireless adapter for like 70 bucks to plug in the back. and im definitely getting that. so other than firmware updates, what would i use it for?

I too have a Panny TV (G20) and bought the adapter for it, so I don't intend to buy another for the BDP I just got as a gift.
would be cheaper to run a long network cable into the living room occasionally just to hook up the BDP for firmware updates. |

ok so what about this? is the panasonic wifi adapter im goin to need for my g25 the same as the one i would need for my panasonic bd player? if so i can just pop it out of the tv and into the player for updates... and thats it???? are they the same?
