I just got a BD P-4600 and I cannot get any of the streaming services to work. I have tried both hardwired and wireless connections. I have DSL that goes to my DSL modem, then to my Belkin F5D7230-4, then to the player. When I try the connection test I fail the 'gatway ping' portion. Any Ideas. The confusing thing is that I was able to down load and update the firmware, but I still cannot use any of the streaming features. I have tried opening large ranges of TCP ports, but that did not work (1-65353). The player will connect properly if I run the cable directly from my DSL model so it seems the issue lies in the wireless router. Thanks for the help.
