Default Sony bd s350

I have a sony bd s350 blue ray and a wd 52525 mitsubishi dlp hd tv, I am having a problem getting video , just a blue screen, I have used ,hdmi, component and also tried,. s video to no avail ,I even tried a hdmi switching box!!!

I would check the output settings on the BluRay player. Most likely auto will work.

sorry , but i bought the tv used and was not sure whether it was front or rear proj., so I tried both to see if I could get a reply!! in the meantime I'm still not sure what to do?

I would do that except that I can't get a video pic , only a blue screen

Use a standard video cable, which should enable you to see the player menus in good old fashioned 480i.

Have you tried attaching something else like a DVD player to your TV? That will help determine whether the problem is the player or the TV.
