Sharp BD-HP20 problem

hey everyone,
I have a sharp bd-hp20 player and all of a sudden I started getting a message on my tv screen 'disc not inserted' I tried several different dvd's with no luck. Anyone out there have a suggestion for me.

I own that BD player. Try unplugging it for 5 minutes. You can also try holding down the power button while on until it says "RESET" and see if that helps.
